If you want to send to voice mail an specific contact

open contacts > select the contact > edit > menu

if not, then you will need a third party app to filter/block calls.

Hi @Lesegoth and welcome to the community.

As @uliwooly suggested you can forward all calls from a contact directly to your voice mail. To do so go to: Contacts > Contact don't want calls from > Tap the pen icon > Tap ... > Check the box for all calls to voice mail.

If you want to block a number from contacting you in any way you will need a third party app for that.
