Pattern problem - Xperia Xa

Hello,

I have an issue with my Adnroid Xperia XA from my job since this morning.

I left it on a desk all the week-end, so it ended without battery. I plugged it when I arrived, and the battery being loaded showed on the screen.

Once it has booted, I tried to use my pattern to unlock it.

Surprise: it isn't recognize anymore...

I'm 100% certain I am using the right one, I wrote it down on my old phone in order to being able to verify it.

Is it a known bug?

Any idea how solve this?

I've already tried to restart it several times, without success.

At one point, a strange message was ""To unlock your phone, shut it down and restart it". Though it doesn't help.

Should I try something else? Let him go to 0% once again?

Hi @PanebFlub, I'm sorry to hear this.

If you are unable to unlock the device using your set pattern I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will allows you to perform a full reset of the device without having to unlock it first.
