Screen stuck, message NO NOTIFICATIONS keep on popping up

My screen is stuck. The NO NOTIFICATIONS message keep on popping up.

My phone went back and they have done a Special Factory Reset.

But it did not help. So it is not a virus.

After the reset I bought a new Sim-card and new telephone number. I Have a new Gmail account . I Have only Whatsapp, Facebook and Messenger on my smartphone. There are No strange apps on my smartphone. So it is not an outside hacker.

It may be a

- software bug (Android versus Sony)

- something with the screen

- something with the software "no notifications"

Whatever it is, it is Disturbing.

This looks like a ghost tough issue. Can you restart your phone in safe mode and check if it happens there? Use the blue link for a guide.

Also, do you have a screen protector installed?

I have thrown away the screen protection.

My phone went for repair. Twice

It did not help

If the same issue happens in safe mode, and you have sent it to repair twice and they only changed software, then I'd strongly suggest that you get in contact with your Local support and raise a complaint. They should handle this issue as a hardware failure this time, not only software.
