XA Ultra Accidentally got wet, still working but has LCD issues

Anyone who has the same issues?
My phone got wet accidentally, still working after but half of my lcd got problem.

Idk if it has water inside or what.

I can't use it.

Any remedy for this? Or should I just go to a Service Center now? TIA.

Because this has happened after it got wet, even if it corrects itself, it is best to contact your Local support team for assistance as there may be corrosion that could cause you further issues in the future.
