Xperia XA not start

After i started my Phone it remained in the Xperia startIng Screen and stays there until the battery is empty. I restarted it couple times but nothing changed.

@Davidhb not sure in the XA but in many xperia device there is a pinhole near the sim slot that if you push it will turn off your phone.

Once you are able to shut it off, try reboot your phone normally, if it fails again I think you should be able to try restoring it by using XC: software repair using Xperia Companion

@Davidhb I also thought, before performing the software repair try removing the SD card and sim card. It may be also an issue with with one of the two cards. Remove them selectively and test if the phone reboot properly or not.

Try to format using Sony pc companion, if doesn't work, use software repair.

For software repair first of all you have to charge your phone >80%. If it also failed rush to service centre..
