I can't see the picture/screenshot but could you elaborate?

are you having issues while charging the phone? connecting the phone to a computer? have you tested different cables?

It's showing that a security policy restricts the use of USB storage. Can you knok how to use the USB drive storage

No it's fine while charging and it's also connected to computer. But it's does not allow me to use the USB drive storage. It's showing that a security policy restricts the use of USB drive. Why could this happening. Am I can't able to use the USB drive storage. If it's possible to use the USB drive storage then how to do it. Could you please tete me how to get it.
