Hola me compre un movil sony xperia xa, llevo con el movil no llega a cuatro meses y ya ha pisado el servicio tecnico. problema que tiene es que cuando hago una llamada a cualquier operador en unos 5 o 10 minutos la yo ya no oigo a la persona que he llamado pero ella a mi si, la llamada sigue y tengo que colgar y volver a llamar pero al rato me hace lo mismo, hice lo que me dijeron de sony quitar programas etc..., solo lo deje el whasap y sigue fallando, me lo han reparado y me dicen que actualizacion de software, me ha durado 1 semana y sigue el mismo problema, lo he vuelto ha enviar. A alguien le ha pasado, lo conseguiran arreglar?

unfortunately your questions would be best answered by your local support team as this is an international forum. try to contact them here. Local support, and before you get your device back again, make sure to test all functions before leaving the service center

I also experience the same. I do believe its not a hardware problem but a software problem. Im from the Philippines. Ive already sent a bug report to Sony xperia support. Hopefully it gets fixed in the next android update

Hi thanks for your reply, I also saw on the internet another that has happened with two phones that I bought the same xperia xa and have changed the phones for another superior, also tell you that I told sony that surely will be the software android. I know something of android and from what I have been able to observe I believe that when you make the call the android software loses communication with the hardware speaker. Thank you.
