Headphone jack not working

I bought my sony xperia XA ultra dual sim just 2 days ago and now i found out that my headphones will have tiny sound on left ear buds and no sound at all on right. It doesn't even detect the headphones. I tried 5 different types of headphones but none of them works. Speakers work fine. Wat should i do now?

Best is to have your phone replaced where you bought it from, and check on the spot (if not delivered via courier) if it works.

I have to hold the cord down inside port to hear twisting and turn sound on and off but without hold the cord I can't hear nothing and it's a brand new phones too, I restart and factory reset. And still my phone audio jack not working HELP!! !
