    <description>&lt;P class="western"&gt;My Xperia XA screen has stopped working. it just pass the start sony screen and then comes a sort of static rain on it and it doesn't load any further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;tried all sort of repair, all the way to a hard reset and factory reset through the pc companion. still nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;I can only turn it off on a hard reboot.. as pressing power+volume up button till it turn off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;I've been reading online advisers and forums and everybody I've found with a similar problem find out that changing the phone was the best and only solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;Is Sony team aware of any malfunctions or bugs that may be causing this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;The phone did worked perfectly for about 7months and now that the warranty has expired this happen. Was the phone programmed to only last for the length of the warranty?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#2f353d"&gt;&lt;FONT face="SST, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does sony team cares about dissatisfied customers?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;I had found the answers for all this questions, but if I post it here I'm surely will be banned from the forum on account of filthy language. Good luck..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
