      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1003302"&gt;@Shawky007&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok, next I would advise testing it in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;, if the lines are still visible from there I would advise a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If neither of the above options resolve the issue, you would then need to get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;as you would likely need to send the phone in for repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if the screen appears normally while in safe mode that means that there is a third party application installed causing the problem.
