The pictures taken recently with Xperia are shown in the camera roll. But the previous pictures like the day before a are not shown. Also when " Find and fix problems " is triggered, it shows that the SD card is hidden. What shall I do?

Secondly same thing is with music application. The songs in my SD card are not shown in the music application. Though I can play them in music player through the file explorer. But the songs don't remain in the current playlist.
