topic Stolen phone in XA Series

Hi all.

I had my XA ultra phone stolen while traveling in Ethiopia. Is there any way that I can recover the phone? I tried to log into my google account that I used on this phone, but I'm completely locked out. I've tried google verification several times but with no success. Is there a way that I can contact them by phone or email?

How can I wipe the data from the phone and blacklist it?

Thanks.

Have you tried myXperia? Also was your gps and mobile data on when it was stolen? Without an internet connection there isn't much that can be done.

In the mean time you may want to report it to your network asap that your phone/sim was stolen, they will be able to freeze the sim and block the IMEI as a last resort.

https://myxperia.sonymobile.com/signin
