hello.

try to configure your APKs, you can have this settings by contacting your local network provider.

your network provider might need you to change Apk for every different activity.

about the sim signals, remember:

Your device supports the use of two different networks at the same time. You can select from the following network mode combinations when two SIM cards are inserted in your device:

One LTE network and one GSM network

One WCDMA network and one GSM network

Two GSM networks

For each SIM card, you can set your device to switch automatically between mobile networks depending on which mobile networks are available where you are. You can also manually set your device to use a particular mobile network mode for each SIM card, for example, WCDMA or GSM.

also try to read some more information regarding mobile internet on your device: http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiaxaultradual/userguide/Browsing-the-web/

Hi @Yara3,

Welcome to the community,

Sorry to hear about the issues you have had

With the browser based issue and the error you are presented with, I suggest checking the following location.

Apps > Settings > Date & Time > Make sure the date is correct and not set very far behind if possible try selecting automatic Date & Time

I understand this may sound bizarre, however if the Date is set to far behind you are unable to use Google's browser and are presented with the error message as mentioned, although I am not sure about the other browsers.

Let us know how you get on.
