Xperia J battery issue after JB 4.1.2 update

Hi,

Before this update my Xperia J was able to work at least 2 days with full brightness of the screen, connection with 3G/WiFi and AVG AntiVirus running in the background - what was the most battery consuming thing? Playing games, but that was not a problem. After this great update, for which I was truly waiting, I see that my battery with the same settings is able to be alive only for something about 17 hours ;/ What could I do to improve it? Now I do not have antivirus, but still my brightness is full and I am connected to the Internet - battery is ok when my Xperia is lying for nothing, let me say it has 80% of battery, but if I only unlock the screen and send few messages, check my e-mail - it is quickly going to 70% in 10 minutes ;/ what ahorrible thing this update !

Any ideas what could I do ?
