topic hdmi problem in XPERIA archive

I have a Sony Xperia S still running 1.200.

I have noticed a horrible bug whilst playing content through my phone directly into any HDMI TV for more than 5 mins. The Audo seems to dissappear from the TV and on closer examination you can hear the sound through the earpiece. The only way to get the sound back on the TV is to disconnect and re-connect whilst the content is still playing. (if you pause the content the sound does not re-appear on the TV after unpausing). I did not have this problem running ICS (Only since the update to Jelly Bean)

My question to Sony is "Was this on the bug list for the new version of code?"

I suggest that you update to the latest version of the phone software and check if this problem still remains.

If the update is still not available for your device please see this topic for more information.

On both Service Upgrade and PC Companion my phone states I have the latest software. I have not received a OTA upgrade either.
The funny thing is that when the initial JellyBean update was released I received my update within the first week now I'm stuck on 1.200. I'm in the UK on Orange and my 1257-7799 if that helps although when I do the *#*#service#*#* the top line reads as follows
Phone Software Version
1252-0023_6.2.B.0.200
Generic - user
