Email folders for Office365?

Hello,

we switched to Office365 for our mail system recently.

On the stock mail client included on my Xperia S (with update to 4.1.2) I only see a few of my folders.

Even if I go to "All folders" I don't see my other folders.

Any hints what might be the problem ?

I only see these folders:

- Posteingang

- Entwürfe

- Postausgang

- Gesendet

- Papierkorb

And in "All folders"

-- Aufgezeichnete Unterhaltungen

-- Junk-E-Mail

-- RSS-Feeds

-- Synchronisationsprobleme

I have about 30 other mailfolders which do not show up on the mobile phone

First of all I'd recommend that you check settings online for Office365, as there really are no settings in the phone for this. Are you using some app to get the sync done or is it set up via the native exchange client?

I use the native exchange client.

When I install for example the touchdown app, then I see all folders in the touchdown app.

So the question is, if the native client is designed to only show the most important folders, or if there is something amiss in my setup...

Hm, seems strange, shouldn't be any server settings if it works fine with 3rd party apps. Which software are you running in your phone? Have you tried removing the account and adding it again?

Yes,

the very same folders apear again and all others are still missing.

Hello, I was wondering if you ever solved this problem or had luck with it? I am having the exact same problem on my xperia Z1
