LOW in call volume problem !

I tried all the right side +/- volume button countless time and still I can barely hear the other part talking. Every time I talk to someone in order to hear what is he talking I have to push loudspeakers, but I don't think this is the right solution for this issue. Can anyone help me with this, please?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Download this application and run a test on your ear speaker to check if there is any problem with the speak itself.

If it sounds OK during the test it most likely a network related problem. So changing SIM card could be a good idea.

If the volume is still far to low during the test I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Thank you for your quick responce.

I installed that app and it says my earphone is ok. I will try to change my sim card, though on other phones I can hear much more louder with the same sim card.
