Random Shutdowns - Constant!

My phone is randomly shutting off at least 3 times a day! It's absolutely infuriating - I'm missing calls and alarms because of it.

I see that there have been some threads about this so clearly this is a major issue with the phone. However it looks like Sony support staff have stopped responding to them because there's no fix as of yet.

Can anyone help with this?? I've already returned one unit because of other problems, now this phone looks as though it's headed to the garbage bin as well.

Please, can someone help? Sony staff - can you not raise this issue in order to find a solution!?!?

Are you willing to try a software repair with SUS or PCC?

I'm willing to try anything! I do have the latest software version. Please let me know how to proceed.

Download sony update service,connect the phone and follow the steps provided there.Post here after you do it.
