Phone closes all apps

Hi! My phone keeps closing all programs. I can't go into any program before it closes and says that I need to close program completely, not even messages or anything. I can't uninstall any of the apps either, because it also says that I need to close it.
Alot of pop-up messages come up as I turn on my phone, which says that i need to close a lot of programs.
Why is it doing this, and what can I do to make it stop?
Please help me!

Repair phone software with sony update service or pc companion.

Well, I can't do it directly from the phone, but could you please tell me how to do it by computer? I have absolutely no idea how to do it.

Download sony update service,install.Open the program,follow the steps provided,choosing xperia sola from the list of models.
