if i use charging dock in my sony xperia z, and play movie when it is connected to dock or charging...or if i play games...will it decrease the battery life or service? as we know using in charge is bad...thanks

it will charge your battery at same time you play the game or watch movie but it can get hotter then while charging and play a game so not quite recommended.

You won't have to open/close your USB cover, thus reducing wear and tear
