cannot connect to SIM authentication wifi

As subject, i cannot connect to SIM authenticated wifi network (carrier's wifi), what actually causes this problem? Is this a kernel issue or my device's issue?

Make sure that your device have the latest software:

Are you able to connect to another Wi-Fi network? If yes, I suggest that you contact your network provider for further assistance in this case.

Yes im able to connect to another network. But when i tried to switch the sim to my tablet it works flawlessly. I'm currently on 257 firmware.

I've contacted them. They said the problem could be on my phone since another device (my other devices, ny friend devices) are able to connect without any problem

We have tested this but we can't find any problem with the support for SIM authentication in the phone. Please make sure that you select 802.11x EAP as security and SIM as EAP method.

If that doesn't help i recommend that you contact your operator again regarding this.
