You can visit the XDA developer website, maybe they'll have something for you there. If you're not comfortable with rooting and just looking for that "Google experience" then I would recommend you go to the play store and try out custom launchers. From the few ones I've used and seem to enjoy and come close to that Google experience, in my opinion, is Nova Launcher. It may not be the complete Google experience but it comes close to it and comes with several customizable features too without the need to root.
