Display Glass came off from mobile

i bought this mobile on 15th nov and To my surprise i saw the display glass was comming off from the bottom left corner. At first i thought the cover was going down. so i pressed the cover and it went back in.

Then on 13th dec i found this issue again and I noted it was the glass that came of from the LCD panel.

So i took to Vigneshwara services immediately. To my surprise he pressed the glass in back and said it is back cover coming off. Since i could not pull out glass of my phone, i left. But on monday i saw the glass came back off again.

So i placed a paper piece in the gap and surrendered to them.

At 1st they removed the paper and tried to send me back telling it was not an issue. But i refused and said i need it fixed.

So they took the mobile and said will be fixed in 7 working days (due on 18th dec).

And till now they claim the display need to be replaced and i will get it after 2 days. And i have been calling them up from 16th Dec and they hant yet got the display glass fixed and says they are still waiting for spare to come.

And again request for 2 days to get the spare.

I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to check status and how to proceed with this in the best possible way.
