Xperia Z5 dual cannot send SMS/MMS with sim 1

a couple of time I had a problem that I was not able to send a SMS/MMS with sim 1 because it is look like disable. to send something with the sim 1 I had to restart the mobile.

when it happened, the icon of the sim 1 was in grey instead of in white as the sim 2. the signal strenght was normal.

Are you able to advise on how often this occurs and have you looked into testing another SIM in the SIM 1 slot to see if the issue continues?

At the moment it happened only 2 times. I have also to say that I write very few messages. When it rehappens, I will do a bug report and send it to you.

Thanks Navio, appreciate that. By chance do you have any type of battery performance app or virus scanner as these types of apps can cause issues with service depending on how they are developed.

Hi Jake,
About the battery performance app, I use only stamina always on.
The anti-virus is avg that was already installed on the device.
Updated to the last firmware
