Display is black during calls

I have an Xperia z5 premium dual. Whenever I connect a call, the screen goes black. It won't get back until the call is disconnected by the other person

Hi @Gilani,

Sounds like there might be something covering the proximity switch in your phone. Do you have a display protector or case for your phone? If so, try removing it. You can also check if the proximity switch is behaving as intended by going to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Ear proximity. Does your phone pass the test?
