Z5 premium microphone not working

Thats the problem, either i do the call or receive them, the other dosnt receive my voice or any sound at all, i Just have my Phone for 4 days and already dosnt work any sugestions before i go to change it?

Test both mics in settings - diagnostics first.

I already try that the primary dosnt work the secondary works that i assume that is the Speaker.

So i turn off Google now so any other suggestions?

Sorry, you can only test the main mic, the secondary is just for noise suppression. So the main one works? @Sirchrono31

If the device is relatively new, I don't think it's software. However, you can check if the same occurs in safe mode first.

Test safe mode and if still no joy, try repair installation using xperia companion just to rule it out. Then if no joy, return for exchange.
