Fingerprint sensor problem

My fingerprint sensor isn't working most of the time. Sometimes I have to try 4 or 5 times and sometimes it doesn't unlock at all. It rarely unlocks at the first time. Is there anyone else have this problem?

A bit off sweat at you fingers is enough that it will not unlock. Be sure you have used every angle of your fingers to recognize you print afterwards.

Hi, here's a tip in using the fingerprint scanner
Try to register your finger multiple times. Make sure to get the ridges, as this is the best way to be detected.

Registering 2 inputs for the same finger has always helped me.
