Is there no connection to the card at all or is it something specific that isn't working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming you are using the Xperia XZ Dual? Do you have two SIM-cards inserted in your phone? If so, there any change if you trade places with these two SIM-cards?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is only one SIM card in the phone, please try inserting that card in the second SIM-slot followed by rebooting your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With your SIM-card inserted you can also go to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile networks and tap Network operators. If your network operator appears in this menu, try connecting to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if this helped!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
