Hi @Juho1988, sorry to hear that.

I am not sure what you may be referring to with bt, do you mean Bluetooth? Did you choose the "forget" option under Settings > Bluetooth and wish to pair your device towards an accessory again?

If a Bluetooth accessory does not appear under the list of available Bluetooth devices in Settings > Bluetooth, then in most cases it is a matter of simply setting the accessory to a pairing mode. Which accessory do you use, is it one of ours? Usually you can find how to set an accessory to a pairing mode in the user guide of the device so have a look there.

If I misunderstood what you meant, please fill me in with some more specifics and details and I'll do my best to assist!

I have Sony headphones And it work now. I push power button long time And then my Phone find bluetooth connection. Thanks for your answer
