can't unlock screen by fingerprint

hello.

since 2 days i cant unlock my phone by my fingerprints. I restarted phone twice, but it didnt help.

I cant even add new fingerprints. There is no option to unlock phone by fingerprint. Is there something i can do, or probably sensor is broken?

you are in the wrong menu - this is for the secondary option (which needs to be set as a failsafe if the fingerprint doesn't scan).

The fingerprint manager is elsewhere in the main menu tree.

There is still no option to add fingerprints ;x i used them since i bought phone (3 years ago) there was no problem with it till now.

@kaktus91 did you add an exchange account on the phone recently? It could be something related to that, not allowing you to use fingerprints.

like I've said in your other thread, try booting into safe mode and then boot back to normal.
