    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @wendlethred&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is properly related to hardware and not only software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try the camera test from the support app on the phone: settings-support-Xperia tests, if you can't even perform the test, that means it's a hardware issue and I'd recommend to send it to Sony for repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>XZ3 H8416 Camera Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A few months ago I performed a Factory Reset in an attempt to improve performance. As the phone was rebuilding it's apps, the rear and then the front cameras stopped responding. The message 'Camera not available - Restart your device and try again' appears after a few seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since then I've tried Reboots, Factory Resets and a Software Repair but the cameras still won't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then a week or so ago my phone reset and when it started up Discord could access my cameras - for a short time. Then the cameras remembered they weren't supposed to be working and promptly stopped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming there is an issue with a system app. Is there a way to roll the whole system back to a previous version?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running Android 10, Build number 52.1.A.3.137&lt;/P&gt;</description>
