Xz keeps losing sensitivity in different places on the screen

The screen on my new xz keeps going wrong in different places. I've had to reset it twice now. One place (different place each time) does respond so that a particular letter on the keyboard can't be pressed or the back button on email app. The problem goes away on safe mode but came back again on reboot and so I had to repair software. Twice. Why does it keep going wrong?

Since you don't experience this in safe mode, then the issue is a third party app, trial and error to find it.
