Xperia xz extremely slow.

Hi all,

A Few weeks ago I'll be the owner off a xz, and I love it!

The past 8 years I'm using apple's iPhone, but a man need some changes now and then.

Sony it is! 😍

From the beginning I was a bit afraid, everything is so strange now.. I can change everything I want on my phone.. Wow!

Only I noticed that when my battery is getting below 10%, the whole phone is lagging. Open my email will take about 5 seconds, opening fb the same. Is this usual?

When I charge it up to the 10% suddenly it's taking the warpspeed back.

Hope to meet more xz lovers. And help each other out with questions and advise.

I think You active "Autostart Stamina Mode"

And set that on 10% battery level.

You can complete deactivate this mode if you want full performance from 100-0

Hi @Mhhtimmer, welcome to the community.

@GenomeX is exactly right. The phone is entering a power saving functionality and is limiting the performance of your device to keep as much charge in as possible while it is at low battery, just in case you need to make an emergency call for example.
