Sony Xpeira Xz looses connection while talking

Hi every one..

Anybody else who loose their connection, when talking to family/friends .?!?

The repair shop told me to get rid of some app's, 'cause they interfered my mobile callings...

But did not tell me, which ones...

second time, they gave me a new sim card.. third time they changed the PCB unit...

Fourth time they repaired some mechanic components.?!?

The dealer told to try the phone again, but i'm now sick and tired and will not spend any time with this impossible phone...

This same issue has been happening to me ever since I bought my XZ (F8332). It happens to me in a certain area despite the signal in that area being reported as good by the XZ. My Z5 did well in the same area and never had a disconnection. I did a software repair but the problem persists regardless. I am not sure if it is a hardware or firmware/software issue. I can sometimes hear a hissing sound when this problem comes up.
