related to my xperia x reset issues

hello i really need to know that i have bought new xperia x phone 1 week ago and password i am entering after restart is not acceptable may be the password i entered before misplaced by two to three alphabets now i want to reset my phone what should i do now to again factory reset my phone ? because i forgot password now the screen stucks on the lock screen which is having a password.

Perform a software repair using XPC:

Make sure you have your google account password because you will need it to access your phone after reset.
