      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1003919"&gt;@Sbami120&lt;/A&gt;, welcome to our community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm sorry to hear about this, its never fun when you can't install new applications in your phone. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.cz/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you are trying to update or install a new application, do you receive&amp;nbsp;any error messages or is the download not starting at all?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend that you start with resetting the Google Play store application in your phone, this will not delete any applications that you have downloaded and installed. To do that, go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Google Play store &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear data. When its done, try and download or update one of your applications!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
