When my phone is in vertical position so the keyboard some button is not working

hello, this is Aman my phone's keyboard is not working when it's a vertical position this is the first time happen in my phone so what I do to solve this error and maintain the mobile keyboard when it's in the vertical position. so guys please help me to solve this keyboard error and make it better

Hi @aman12, sorry to hear about this.

Are you using the pre-installed keyboard app (Gboard) on your phone or have you downloaded another keyboard app from Play Store? Also, have you been able to carry out a quick test of the touch screen? In order to do this, find and tap Settings > Support > Xperia tests > Touchscreen.
