Go to Settings &amp;gt; System &amp;gt; Advanced &amp;gt; Reset options &amp;gt; Erase all data (factory reset).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't access the settings menu, try performing a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self"&gt;software repair&lt;/A&gt; using a computer and Xperia Companion.
