SONY SCTI30 Style Touch Case - additional screen protector or no?

I just received my Sony SCTI30 from UK. I still have a glass screen protector on and it works ok still through the front frosted flap. I'm sure it would work even better through the flap without an additional glass protector.

For those of you with the Sony SCTI30 case, are you still using an additional screen protector or no?

I have same case with no screen protector but I keep the phone in a neoprene shock sock pouch also. I have to tap twice sometimes to type especially near the far left of the case front.

Which glass screen protector do you use. May buy one myself if you recommend thanks. Cant be too careful.

I am currently using this screen protector by Olixar. It's not cheap but the fitment is perfect and it is truly near invisible. The cutouts and black borders match the phone spot-on. I haven't put it through its paces yet but I am happy with it thus far, especially since the dot-matrix pattern inside does not allow for any sort of bubbling.

It can be fitted in literally 30 seconds, just make sure the screen is absolutely perfect and dust free!

Does the glass part have adhesive on it or just the black frame portion? I had bad luck with these type of protectors were there is an air gap between the glass and the screen

Just the black frame portion. What is the drawback other than potential lift or reduced impact resistance? Also maybe slightly reduced touch sensitivity? The upsides are zero changes of dust/debris underneath if you prep correctly.
