Xperia 1 ringtone and notification interuption

Hi there. I got some issue with ringtone. While I recieve a call, must be playing only ringtone music. But instead I hear a notification sound too.

I'm using one sim with memory card. Tried to uninstall memory card, that didn't helped. Done reset with disabled sound files. Tried to call without ringtone, that cause notification sound only. Turned off notification is working, but I want to hear it.

Maybe this is caused by .wav format of notification somehow.

Hi @Thyfleshconsumed ;

Try restarting the device in safe mode and test it, just to discard any third party app influence, if same thing happens you can try clearing the Phone app data (settings>apps and notifications>See all xx apps>Phone>Storage>Clear data.
