PLEASEEE HELP After so long waiting for my Xperia 1 Telekom LC today on Xperiacheck comes update for my J9110, its says 55.1.A.3.49-R4B , probably its Android 10 but there is no OTA ?? On Support app its says there is update for you through Xperia companion, but i dont have any laptop on computer , i have only Tablet Windows 10 but i cant connect it with my phone because tablet dont have USB type c connector. How can i update my phone ?? Why there is no OTA if there is update for my phone??

So will it be today or? Is it usually same day OTA when there is update on support app through companion or? If not today i will go buy usb type c to usb so i connect phone with my win 10 tablet to update through companion

When I try to update with Companion it also doesn't work. So we have to be patient.

Still nothing 😕 why on earth they said on xperiacheck is new android 10 update when we get nothing on our phones !!! You try through xperia companion and still no android 10?

Did u install the update now? I still can't...

My phone says it is availble by companion. Companion says my phone is up-to-date. When I manually check for software update my phone also says is up-to-date. So weird...

I did this and now my phone uses Android 10 and the security patch from 1st january.

But when u do this, make sure you make a back-up, cause u will lose everything.

Just using Software Repair installs Android 10.

Dark mode is very nice and the new gestures makes the phone a lot quicker!

I cant connect my Xperia 1 with laptop because xperia uses usb type c from both sides and my lap doesant have usb type c port. I have another usb cable and when i connect it with phone and lap nothing happens, lap cannot recognize any phone 😕

No it doesn't, you can use a usb to usb c cable for a pc..
