XQ-DQ54 microphone sound issue

Hi all.

I've had an issue with the microphone on my I V (XQ-DQ54) for a while. I sent it to repair and they changed the motherboard, but it seems not to have worked.
The problem is that in calls people have a hard time hearing me, so I have to have speaker mode on and talk loudly directly in front of the microphone.
I've read that this could be due to microphone noise suppression, but I cant find any setting for that. Is that setting not available on this phone?
Does anyone have any other clues to what could fix this?

Try to turn the wind noise filter off, if it's the same contact sony again

@eriksene when was the last repair? If it still didn't pass 3 months, I'd say contact the service center again.
