Cinema pro crashing on launch or when shooting

The app tends to crash saying another app is using the audio/ camera (can't remember, just discovered this forum!).

Anyone know of a way to fix that?

First off, what is the exact error message?

And try to figure out what's running at the time of crash.

This is the error given, I know it gives this when on a WhatsApp call. But it also gives the error when opening it, after I have closed all other apps. I have to open it a second time to get it to work. Or sometimes even whilst in the app gives the error during me recording.

Not sure if you can see the kmage- error reads " Cannot record. Recording or a recording-related function may be in use by another application"

Hi @Sambol23, let me see if I can help out here!

Do you only receive this error message while using Cinema Pro or does it also appear while using the regular camera app to record videos?

Also, have you been able to test if the same error message occurs in while using Cinema Pro in safe mode? All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see if this error message is produced by a downloaded app. for more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.

It would only appear in the cinema pro app and didn't appear in safe mode, however since the software update that followed have not run into the issue again.
