Hi! Screen on my xperia 10 iii turns black few times a day (turns off completely). It lasts about a minute and then it comes back. All functions stay active - I can receive call etc, just the screen stays black. What can be done?

First off: How is it safe mode?

Second: any obstacles on the top of the screen?

Third: Test using the support app. Inside there's also a section where problems with apps are reported.

Come back and tell us what you have found out.

Do you have a Cover or a Protective film?

Yes, make sure to test the phone without the cover if you have any, also if you have any SD card inside your phone, try to test it without it.

Yes. Phone cover was to blame. Thank you for suggestions! Now seems no problem with screen.
