Xperia Z5 constantly switching off despite being charged

I've been struggling with my phone for a few months now. It started with the battery draining quite quickly and switching off at 15%. It's been getting steadily worse and now I can barely use it without it shutting down, I probably get an hour use out of a full charge.

I tried replacing the battery, using a new charger, booting in safe mode, replacing the SIM card & using Xperia companion software repair. Nothing has helped..any further suggestions?

Hi @txlauren, sorry to hear that.

Did you replace the battery yourself or was it replaced at an authorized service centre? It sounds like a defect battery, but it can also be something else of course.

I would recommend that a trained technician examines your device so they can say exactly what the fault is and the device can be repaired accordingly. You can get in touch with your Local support team and they will arrange a repair for you or inform you if there are any service centres that you can visit.
