Can I buy a new phone motherboard from Sony directly?

A technician ruined my phones motherboard and was wondering if I can buy a new motherboard directly from Sony as it would be cheaper then covering a whole new phone and saves planet waste

I'm afraid that's not possible, you'd have to contact Support to have it repaired.

Was it repaired by a technician previously? If so then its worth pursuing them for any costs resulting from their work.

Hello @Sonyeverything, as far as I'm aware Sony is not selling spare parts. Try reaching out to the Sony reps directly, any more digging in different places would confuse things even more.
