    <description>I ordered a phone on two separate occasions last week. It was cancelled by&lt;BR /&gt;SONY. No explanation was offered just an email notification. Not&lt;BR /&gt;satisfactory.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The link to the reference cancellation number (that one can clicks on) in&lt;BR /&gt;order to fill in an online template was not working as late as today. Just&lt;BR /&gt;an indication to say 'engineers are working on it'.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have followed up with SONY Support and an awaiting a response. However,&lt;BR /&gt;my fear is that it will take weeks to get a response based on previous&lt;BR /&gt;experiences by which time the Black Friday deal will be finished.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My bank confirmed this has nothing to do with them having spoken to them a&lt;BR /&gt;couple of time.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I thought I should let people know that there is a problem with the Sony website. I had online orders cancelled last week that still persist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you click on the order number to enquire why the product was cancelled you are prompted to complete a form. After completing it and pressing send, a message appears to say engineers "we"re working on it" come back later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem has persisted since last week. Notified Sony but I am also letting you know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sony cancelled the order 3 times. Supervisor rang me last Friday. Waiting on a return phone call for a resolution. There must be thousands of people who had similar things occur to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obtained proof from my bank in writing that the issue lies on Sony's side. Would help enormously if Sony would deliver products to Ireland but they won't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
