you have lost my acc .. wen i try to recover it says i have an acc . then wont recognise my secret word. then says my email is not recognised..yet you send me updates etc..had make another acc g mail as you say my hotmail acc is being used already ..and now have lost all the details of products i have registerd with you ..wats going on ..

Sounds a little like my issue although I couldn't even get as far as a secret word
