Hello,

I just got my new WH-XB900N headphones and When I want to register the product on sony's website, The join button does not work.

Could someone please help on this?

I selected the product from the dropdowns and I am sure all the information is correct.

you go to sony.co.uk or as your account is German you go to sony.de and select "MySony" at the upper right.

Then you enter the details of the product as seen below:
