I have a pair of Sony WH-H910N and have paired them with my laptop, they seem to work fine when I was playing a game but when I tried to then also use other software alongside this I would only get sound from one source. Even when I managed to sort it out, I could hear one source fine but the other was not right, echo and quite tinny sounding, any know why this is?

Hello @Steven882,

did one app make use of the microphone? If yes, then the headphones switched to their "handsfree" profile which reduces the audio quality possible.

Deactivating the microphone in the windows settings might resolve this.

Hi Steven882, I feel like you're missing something, what software are you using? When you say source what do you mean? Do you mean the headphones? As one side has sound?
